Swindon Lions Fireworks
This year our Fireworks Display will be on Saturday 2 November in the Polo Ground, Marlborough Road, Swindon.
The gates will open at 5.00pm and the display will start at 6.45pm promptly.

Phoebe Maddison will be singing on stage before the display starts.
Other entertainment includes Edwards Funfair and BBC Wiltshire's Graham Seaman and an appearance by Pudsey Bear who is looking forwards to starting the display at 6.45pm.
There will also be refreshment stalls on site selling:
Burgers, Hot Dogs, Hot Drinks, Soft Drinks, Sweets and Candy Floss etc
Getting to the Fireworks
Access to the Polo Ground will be from Marlborough Road (close to the Windsor Road mini-roundabout); Downs View Road and Broome Manor Lane.
FREE Park and Ride at Nationwide Car Park, Pipers Way, SN3 1TA
Follow the signs to the Nationwide Car Park, Pipers Way.
ALLOW A MINIMUM OF 30 MINUTES to travel on the FREE Park and Ride bus from the Nationwide Car Park to the Polo Ground. The fireworks display will start promptly at 6.45pm.
The buses turn in Downs View Road so please don't park there.
Arrangements can be made for those who need disabled access: please email Lion Pete on firstname.lastname@example.org Car access will only be given to cars displaying the disabled badge and cars need to arrive at the Marlborough Road entrance before 4.45pm. Cars will not be able to leave the Polo Ground before the mass of pedestrian traffic has eased which is expected to be around 7.30pm.
The Lions Club of Swindon reserves the right to refuse vehicular entrance to any vehicle if the case of poor ground conditions.
Please enjoy your sparklers at home. No sparklers, fireworks or alcohol are to be brought onto the Polo Ground by members of the public.
