This is a deceptively simple scheme to provide crucial information to the Emergency Services on any individual to whom they are called to attend at home.
A small plastic container holds both medical and prescription information for an attending medical practitioner where the person is unable to communicate. It is particularly useful to anyone living alone or with life threatening conditions. These are provided by the club free of charge to those in the Swindon area.
